ARE YOU AT PEACE?

“The only question that can be asked on the inward journey is “Are you at peace?”

If you are not at peace, then you have identified with something outside of your self.

Peace is always there.

It seems to disappear only because you turn your attention elsewhere.”

And the same goes for love and joy ...which we call happiness ...

You are already at peace ...

You are already in love ...

You are already in joy ...

And it seems not to be there at times because you simply turn your attention to something other than peace, love and joy!
