Dear fellow souls ... Your higher self is speaking to you ...
It says, “I move in you now as you read these words.
I am your life force and you are connected to Me in the cycles of life.
It is time for you to be aware of me again: to expand beyond the confines of your physical body into an energetic form of love walking on earth.

If so, then simply sit as you allow My Presence to fill you now.
Sit and receive.
Breathe and relax.
Invite Me in and I will move in you, expanding you into more spiritual energy that enlivens and replenishes you with the energies you need for your ascent to the heavens.

Rebirth into spirit continues throughout your life.
Each cell in your body can be renewed, yet it takes your mindfulness to make it happen.
You must choose this and spend some time each day receiving what I wish to share with you.
It is this simple and I ask nothing more than to spend some time with you as you become more conscious of Me.
