In the hustle, bustle and interaction with others in the trivialities of everydayness,
there have been moments, I admit, where judgement comes in ...feelings are hurt, old reactions rear its ugly head.
I just hope the 2 steps forward, one step back of my progression is part of the process.
Sometimes it's very hard to stay "in love, be love" when one is still releasing ego based programming.
I'm realizing more and more that "staying present" is a key -
- not letting yesterday's altercation replay time and again in one's head and verbally relayed to others in the course of conversations.
Sometimes I feel emotionally retarded when it comes to my feelings.

”At times it concerns me when something or someone comes along and all of a sudden it becomes a media feeding frenzy.
The most recent being "The Secret".
There is no secret for as we are connected to Source, what we need or ask for is available to us.
I've listened to many people go on and on about this - intelligent people, caring people, people who are waking up and want to know more, be more.
While there is useful information in it - The Secret - it also seems to be set up to mislead people and cause great frustration.
And again - it's turned into a big commercial hype - books, cd's audio, websites for monthly lessons, etc.
I believe because we are under control by certain waves - grids, whatever, there is a mass hypnosis going on.
How does one overcome being bombarded by mass radio waves, chem trails, you name it?
Especially if one doesn't even know of it's existence?
I believe the answer is in your messages.
There is so much out there, so many ways to be misled.
