The Old You

To each and every one of us who are presently feeling the dis-abling sensation of pain in their heart ...
To each and every one of us who are going through mental and emotional discouragement in one way or another,
and who are proceeding with life with the perception that this life is not worth living ...
...sensing or having the presentiment that collapse is close enough to touch ...

To the ones who are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by circumstances and emotions ...
...and who are at the end of their role ...

Loving words may not do at this time and knowing that you are not alone may not help either ...
...but knowing that there is a purpose for the experience may ...

There are challenging times now and more ahead, when our true compassion will be preciously used ...
When our love and understanding will be the only hope ...the one and only buoy for others ...other parts of us ...
To assist as needed and to bring some very much yearned peace ...to the world ...and consequently to our self ...
...as we know ...we are all parts of the same body ...

How can one understand others when she/he hasn’t experienced similar hardships?
How can the CEO understand the employee when she/he has not experienced the same job?
How can the bird understand the fish?

The power inside us, our Higher Self wants us to have a certain understanding ...
...certain experiences ...a certain humility ...an ability to forgive our selves ...and enough unconditional love ...
...to go on and help our brothers and sisters in need when the moment is difficult ...

Yes, it feels as if we want a rest from this process of “training” ...
Yes, at times, it feels really tormenting ...
...and yes, at times, it feels very discouraging!

But the fact remains ...
We are going through what we can perceive as a filter or the eye of a needle ...to see our purity ...
...in order to be used for the baking needs and the rising of a new world ...
...a world of love and integrity ...
Which is what we desire ...which is what we constantly ask for ...and pray for ...

How else, but through shedding old beliefs and life patterns of the past would we accomplish this?
How else, but through letting go of what does not serve us any longer, would we step into what serves us?
How else, but through releasing the old, can we erect the new?
How else, but through removing the existing building, are we able to build a new building in its place?
How else, but through cleansing, can we heal the wound?
How else, but through courage, can we relinquish our denial and cowardice?
How else, but through pain, can we awaken to peace?
How else, we ask?

Our perception of someone dying inside of us is correct!
Our feelings are accurate!
Something intensely powerful is presently taking place ...
It is the collapse of the old YOU ...
...as it needs to leave because ...
The new YOU is in the canal of birth ...
...going through its contractions ...

Whatever each and every one may be going through at this moment ...
Know that with the consciousness that we are experiencing, it is for a most noble reason ...
...the very reason that is the purpose of life itself ...evolution!

Feelings of giving up, dying inside, overpowerment amongst others ...
Are paving the road for Heaven ahead ...

For each and every one experiencing despair at this moment ...
We are unfolding a soft rug under your bare bleeding feet ...
We are covering your shoulders from the winds ...
We are offering some water for your dry tongue ...
We are hugging you and reminding you that you are not lost ...
You are in the recovery room ...after heart and head and all encompassing cellular surgery!

We love you if that makes any difference ...it’s our gift to you ...
While we are experiencing like you, the death of the old and the birth of the new ...
Taking a leap into the unknown ...without feeling the parachute!
Our love and reminders are our gift to you, and consequently to our self and to our cosmic body!
