Cosmic Body

Dear loved Friends ...we invite you to sit still for a moment ...This is important ...

Each and every one of us is a part of our a cosmic body ...
For a clear understanding of this, imagine your physical body as being the cosmic body ...
Now ...pinch a part of your physical body ...what do you feel?
Do you feel pain where it was pinched?
How does your whole body feel and react?
Is the pinching shooting discomfort all throughout?
Now ...as long as an ongoing pinching is lasting ...as long as this part hurts, you cannot find comfort, you cannot find peace, right?

As little as it is, this part that is hurting is part of your whole body ...and when one part hurts, the whole body hurts and feels uncomfortable ...
So how can we say that one of us feels peace when the rest of the body ...the rest of us are in disharmony?
To feel true peace is to have the whole body in the same state!
To feel true love, we must feel it throughout our whole body!

Imagine ...walking and looking in the streets and seeing love for one another, everywhere ...
What happens is that you feel love as well and it makes you expand in most amazing and fulfilling ways!
How do you feel when you see someone return a loving glance to you?
Now imagine the whole world being that way ...
You’d be so elated to a point of just ...oh God, there aren’t even words for it!!!

When there is love, it encompasses our whole planet and the rest of the cosmos,
and there cannot even exist any darkness or what we believe is evil!
Fear cannot exist ...guilt cannot exist ...hatred cannot exist ...anger cannot exist ...
...depression, sadness, loneliness, and yes ...disease cannot exist when there is only love!

This is what we mean with the “body” ...it’s our whole planet, all galaxies ...it is the rest of the cosmos and whole creation ...
It’s our body ...
Our body is all that exists and all infinite possibilities!!!
We need to realize ... We cannot have peace and love while the rest of our body is hurting ...
...which is what is happening right now on our earth ...the earth, a part of our cosmic body!

What are we doing here on this planet?
We are ultimately and simply ...in the depth of our essence having an experience of love ...
...and we “explode out” ...sharing with every aspects of us ...every aspects of our body!

This is the realization we have been missing for so long ...
We cannot feel peace and love totally, to its grandest ...unless it is extended to our whole body!
Our whole body, which includes each and every fragments of this body, having a different experience simultaneously ...
We cannot find true peace and joy when our children, our parents, our siblings, and whom we call our relatives are suffering!
This goes not only for the ones we call our relatives ...
...it goes for our whole cosmic family ...for all the parts of our cosmic body ...
It’s the same thing!

Right now, at this very moment, there is someone ...a part of our body on the other side of the world ...who is hurting ...
Right now, at this very moment, there are others ...other parts of us ...of our body everywhere else ...who are hurting ...
...and WE can feel their hurt ...

Extending love is assisting one another, it’s caring for all parts of our whole body ...
...yet, allowing others ...other parts of our body to be, to flourish too ...in their different ways ...
Yes, we allow every one to have their experience, but we need to extend our love to them ...with them, and through them ...
...to where our experience is taking us and to where their experience is taking them ...
It has to extend further and further ...and further ...and further ...until we reach our whole body!!!

This is what each and every one of us ...parts of one whole body ...need to choose and experience within and out ...
...to extend love outwards ...
We will then start seeing one another the same way ...in a loving way ...a peaceful way ...
All the parts of the body will be filled with love, and will therefore be healthy, peaceful and happy ....never mind happy ...”blissful”

When we are looking only at our own individual needs and means of being happy and satisfied ...
...we are denying the rest of our whole body ...
...as if only taking care of, for instance ...one ear, one eye or one finger, and not recognizing, neglecting and not caring for the rest ...
It starts with our self ...extending outwards ...generously ...now ...right now ...
It is about seeing the beauty in each and every one of us ...and to bring that to others ...and others ...and others ...

How does all this fit in when integrity is brought in through pain?
Okay ... Loving ...actions ...they don’t always seem to work, do they?
Does love require pain?
Well ...we came on this planet, agreeing to relearn who we are, by experiencing who we are not ...
...to go through what we may define or word as ‘consciousness or beingness evolution” ...
...while re-membering love ...re-learning love ... re-creating love ... re-experiencing love and ...the only way to do it on this planet is through pain ...
As pain awakens ...as pain drills ...as pain humbles ...
But we’re stuck in that pain ...we’re not letting go of the pain and we’re angry, bitter, and fighting, rebelling the pain ...because of the lack of love!
The messages, the love we are sharing with others, it plants seeds ...and the shift is made eventually ...
The ball is rolling ...and the pain is leaving ...yes ...leaving ...as we expand with love ...pain disintegrates ...
...with love, it cannot exist!
It just needs to be accelerated ...and we can accelerate it ...each and everyone of us can ...at this very moment ...
...and each moment after that ...
Everything is coming together to accelerate our experiences ...
There are missing pieces, but it’s okay ... All the pieces ...everything necessary is coming together in divine timing ...
What we each have is already great to share ...
Feel free to share what you have and this message with as many others as possible!
Share willingly, share freely, share generously, and share with joy!
Share abundantly, without limits ...and empower the other parts of your body!

If we don’t share our message, our love ... yes, there is an “if” ...
If we don’t share our message, our caring ...our love with other parts of our beautiful and sacred “body” ...
...many of our limbs, many parts of our whole cosmic body could be falling off ...
They could dissolve, vanish ...die in this mortal world reality ...
How can we possibly find peace in this outcome? ... How can we possibly live with this and feel good about it?

Our spirit goes on indeed ...but how?
...without having had the full experience of love with all parts of our “body?”
How much could we evolve this way?

Exploding with love and pouring this love upon you and our whole cosmic body ...
